We want you to feel confident shopping with KatylaWear. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within the timeframes below.

14-Day Refund Window

Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

15-30 Day Store Credit Window

Returns requested after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have tags attached. All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Final Sale

Lingerie, intimates, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

To Start a Return

Email us at support@katylawear.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If approved, we’ll send you an RMA number and a free UPS prepaid return label for eligible orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Additional Details

Items must be mailed back within 14 days of receiving the return label. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
