FREE RETURNS

  • Return Timeframe:

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund to your original payment method.

    • After 14 days, returns are still accepted for up to 30 days, but will be issued as store credit only.


    What Can Be Returned:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

    • Returns must be authorized before sending items back.


    Final Sale Items:

    • Lingerie, intimates, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.


    How to Start a Return:


    1. Email us at lotusbomb8@gmail.com with your Order #, items you’d like to return, and reason for the return.
    2. We’ll respond with your RMA# and a FREE UPS prepaid return label (available for orders within the 48 continental U.S. states).
    3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any UPS location.
    4. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or store credit based on your return window.



    Important Notes:

    • You’ll have 14 days to mail back the item once you receive your return label.

    • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received.

    • Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
