Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to feel confident when you shop KatylaWear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to fix.


 

 

14-Day Return Window



You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


To be eligible:


  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase


 

 


How Returns Work



  1. Email us at support@katylawear.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid, pre-labeled return shipping label from our vendor.
  3. You simply place the item back in the package and ship it using the label provided.
  4. After the vendor receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed.


Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

 

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items



Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can make it right.


 


Non-Returnable Items



We cannot accept returns on:


  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (including underwear & stockings)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials



 


Exchanges


To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.


 


Refunds


Once your return is received and approved by the vendor, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact support@katylawear.com.
